Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure that we maintain the lowest possible prices for our clocks and related product selections. To that end, we therefore charge a standard minimum shipping charge of $20.00 for all product selections that list for less than $500.00. Any product that sells for $500.00 or more is shipped Free of Charge. Any product that does not meet with your complete satisfaction may be returned to us within 30 days provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and is free of any defects, damages or 'Purchaser-Made' alterations. Return shipping is to be done as "Bill Recipient" after you have received a Return Authorization from us.
 
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do NOT dispose of the box or shipping container or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product(s) received.
 
There are certain geographical destinations to which we may NOT ship our products without additional shipping charges. They include, but are not limited to,  Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico and all European and overseas destinations. We may choose to add to, subtract from or otherwise alter shipping policies at any time. If additional shipping charges should apply, you will be contacted first. After your approval, we would request that you submit an e-mail to us stating your approval and your method of payment will then be charged  accordingly.
 
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge may apply to specific products returned due to their uniqueness.  Contact us if there is any question. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.  Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
 
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us at 1-877-645-9321 within 10 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
